Milovan Matijević has an exceptional knowledge on Serbian IT market, information and consulting on ICT market status, analysis and anticipation of technological trends (assistance to clients in making strategic decisions about business operation, procurement and use of IT equipment and services).

He has worked as an analyst and consultant in the field of information technology since 2004, and has conducted a large number of research projects. He is the author of more than 10 reports on the subject of the Serbian IT market, such as annual studies: “Scope and structure of Serbian IT market - sito”, “Serbian IT industry – Sector analysis” and “Serbian companies as IT users”. He worked for two years for IDC, the primer global market intelligence and advisory firm in the information technology and telecommunication industries, as the Country Manager for Serbia and Montenegro.

Before his analytical work, he spent 5 years in the development of telecommunication systems at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in the field of computer simulation of digital telecommunication systems. In the following 14 years, he was engaged in entrepreneurial work in the Serbian IT environment. He was General Manager of the company “Adacom” and then Business Development Manager of company “Cores”. Both these companies were between the top 5 Serbian IT companies in their time.

Milovan Matijević is the co-founder and director of the company Mineco Computers which is the only local company in Serbia which deals with market and technology trends in the ICT field. The company has stable growth for over 20 years.

Petar Kočović is ICT analyst and consultant of company Digital Dreams and full professor at Union University – “Nikola Tesla”.

Mr. Kočović has more than 30 years of experience working in the IT industry in management and technical positions for end-user organizations and software companies, as well as software developer. Prior to joining Digital Dreams, Mr Kocovic was employer of Gartner company and co-owner of company Tehnicom for 14 years, where he worked in the field of telecommunications, Internet providing and web development. He has experience in all Internet related technologies (including Internet of Things), as well as mathematical foundation for CAD/CAM. On this project he worked in company Energoprojekt-Energodata. He worked in system management, account management, marketing, consulting and systems support, as well as in developing communication and commercial software.

He was invited speaker in few universities. He is full professor at the Union University – "Nikola Tesla" from Belgrade, and University of Belgrade-School of Organizational Science. He has around 100 scientific papers, and published 21 books.

The main role is to unify the offer of security solutions from the world's leading vendors, domestic partner companies and internal resources. Development of new products and helping customers to adapt to new market conditions, legal regulations and security challenges brought by the development of technology. Before current role, more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies: 13 years in a leading mobile operator, 7 years in a multinational company, 3 years in one of the few domestic companies listed on the European stock exchange.

Author and owner of three copyrighted works, one of which met the requirements of a patent, in the field of data encryption and sending data through a non-secure network. From those algorithms comes a series of products such as protected communication, mobile banking, M2M communication, access control... Author's works verified by the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences, it is known that there are doctoral dissertations with the main topic of analysis of these algorithms.
