Professor emeritus at the University of Belgrade; full member of the Academy of Technical Sciences of Serbia; member of the Scientific Council of the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia; General Manager of the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences; member of the Assembly of the Science and Technology Park Belgrade.

For five decades he has been dedicated to scientific research and realizations in the field of computer sciences. He has published more than 320 bibliographic units. According to the Google Scholar citation index, his works were cited 1315 times. He has realized more than 100 projects in the field of computing. He is a pioneer in the field of GIS and high-scale databases. He has designed and implemented digital terrain model of SFRY. He managed the development of the domestic computer program TIM and participated in establishing the national transactions payment network. He developed RadioCAD, software package incorporating GIS technologies aimed for computer aided design of radio communications. With his associates he developed TEMPO, software package for visualization and sonification of EEG signal. In recent years his main course of actions includes projects in the field HCI, CAL and education game, Internet, mobile computing and telephony, UAV, stock-exchange and brokers’ information systems, biometric systems, LPR parking enforcement systems. He founded the Laboratory for Multimedia Communications, Innovation center, and Linux Center at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. He is a member of Editorials of international journals YUJOR, IJKSR, COMSYS, and JITA.

From 1972 to 1976 he was employed in the Mihajlo Pupin institute in Belgrade, as a Scientific Member in the field of Research and Development of Digital and Hybrid Computer Systems. From 1976 to 1979 he worked in Interkomerc-Informatika company as a project manager in a number of industrial projects concerning design and implementation of computer network for transactions payment. From 1979 to 1983 he was employed in Federal Administration for Radio Communications, Belgrade, as a Technical Advisor of the General Manager. From 1983 to 1992 he was employed in the Mihajlo Pupin institute in Belgrade, first as a Technical Manager, later as a General Manager of the Computing Laboratory. He became a teacher at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1987, and since 1992 at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.

Dusan Starcevic was awarded the Serbian Association of Informatics Experts prize. He was awarded the ETAN prize for the best paper. He received an award from the University of Belgrade for B.Sc. work. From The Yugoslav Society for Computer Sciences and Information Technology he was recognized for his long term work on organizing and maintenance of annual scientific-expert meeting.

Radenko Vuković is an Exsecutive director for IT technology at parking control of the PUC “Parking Service” Belgrade and President of the Board of the Serbian Parking Association.

Radenko Vuković has gained his twenty years of experience in management and IT industry working in management positions in PUC “Parking Service” Belgrade. He started his career as part of a team that implemented a zonal parking system in Belgrade, and after taking over the leading role in this sector, he managed numerous studies and projects related to the implementation of this system in cities throughout Serbia. As a graduate mathematician, he had the opportunity to apply his knowledge while managing projects related to the reorganization of the parking control and charging system architecture, implementation of the ‘Spider Video Surveillance’ system, construction of the Control and Operations Center, and the most recent project of the introduction of the multifunctional system ‘Hawk Eye’ in Belgrade. He has been successfully managing the Serbian Parking Association for thirteen years, and since 2012 he has been actively participating in the work of the European Parking Association. In his long career, he participated as a lecturer in numerous international and domestic conferences on parking, and with his personal integrity he has significantly contributed to regional networking and cooperation in the field of parking industry.

Gorana Mrvaljevic is Head of department for monitoring public procurement procedure and e-procurement in Ministry of finance of Montenegro. For many years, her work involved performing the most responsible tasks, including many years of managing the accounting and finance sector in the then Public Procurement Administration of Montenegro, performing the duties of a public procurement officer both in the institution where she was employed and for other government bodies, providing necessary assistance. Her tasks also included participation in the development of legal solutions in this area, implementation of these solutions in practice, providing trainings and constant support to participants in the public procurement system. Olivera Kosić was born in Belgrade, where she graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and, additionally, completed several specialist courses, including the Specialization for TV Journalists, organized by the Program and Auditorium Research Center of the Serbian Broadcasting Corporation (RTS). She works at the Academy of Technical and Artistic Vocational Studies in Belgrade, as a part-time associate and is a freelance screenwriter, editor and director in various production companies. She spent most of her career so far as the editor and script writer in the educational and scientific programs of RTS, where she was the author of more than 500 shows and series. From 2006 to 2019 she worked as the editor and script writer in the Scientific Program of the Public Media Institution RTS, where the focus of her interests where topics in the fields of science, technology, especially in different area in computer technologies and multimedia, university issues and gender equality. From 2001 to 2006, she was the editor-in-chief of the Educational and Scientific Program of RTS, when this program was given the highest average grade in Serbia by the viewers. From 1990 to 2001, she was the editor of several educational series in the Program for School Children and the author of two quiz shows. From 1985 to 1990, she worked in the Graphics Center of RTS, where she was the technical editor of RTS publications and worked on the development of the Graphics Center and on the transfer of operations to computer equipment. Zoran Vasiljev is the Group CEO of Centili. He is an executive with extensive knowledge and legacy in building and running successful digital ventures. He is specialized in telecommunications, investment strategies, M&A, organizational transformation, marketing and product development, channel strategy and business development. Zoran has more than 25 years international experience in digital media, telecoms, and management consulting. He is founder of the Laboratory for simulation, and founder and chair of the Laboratory for e-business at Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. He founded graduate and undergraduate studies in e-business in 2001. He was the project manager of many important IT infrastructure projects in Serbia.

Milovan Matijevic has an exceptional knowledge on Serbian IT market, information and consulting on ICT market status, analysis and anticipation of technological trends (assistance to clients in making strategic decisions about business operation, procurement and use of IT equipment and services).

He has worked as an analyst and consultant in the field of information technology since 2004, and has conducted a large number of research projects. He is the author of more than 10 reports on the subject of the Serbian IT market, such as annual studies: “Scope and structure of Serbian IT market - sito”, “Serbian IT industry – Sector analysis” and “Serbian companies as IT users”. He worked for two years for IDC, the primer global market intelligence and advisory firm in the information technology and telecommunication industries, as the Country Manager for Serbia and Montenegro.

Before his analytical work, he spent 5 years in the development of telecommunication systems at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade in the field of computer simulation of digital telecommunication systems. In the following 14 years, he was engaged in entrepreneurial work in the Serbian IT environment. He was General Manager of the company “Adacom” and then Business Development Manager of company “Cores”. Both these companies were between the top 5 Serbian IT companies in their time.
